📦 Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note: Customized or clearance items are not eligible for return.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
